Description 

• We are currently recruiting a Digital Marketing / Corporate Communication Executive who will be responsible for marketing the bank's Digital products such as internet banking, mobile Apps,/USSD services, POS terminals, QR merchants on our social media platforms and ensure brand visibility.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing plan to promote brand visibility & awareness


• Manage social media presence and create engaging content


• Implement marketing campaigns for new and existing product


• Analyse website traffic and optimize user experience


• Conduct market research and competitor analysis


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product)


• Stay updated on digital marketing trends


• Coordinate events, conferences, and trade shows


• Manage public relations and customer feedback

Qualification requirements

• Minimum of HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, public relations or related field


• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in digital marketing, public relations or related experience.


• Excellent writing, editing, communication and interpersonal skills.


• Knowledge of corporate branding


• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques


• Highly innovative, Result- driven and target-oriented


• Strong work ethic and time management skills


• Excellent customer service skills.
