Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, coordinate reorders, and ensure efficient organization and storage.
- Coordination with Production: Issue materials, track raw material usage, and collaborate to minimize waste.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations, maintain proper storage, and conduct routine safety checks.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of inventory transactions and prepare regular stock status reports.
Qualification, Skills and Experience
- Minimum OND in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-7years as a Storekeeper in a galvanizing, fabrication, or manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control techniques.
- Proficiency in inventory software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
