• Provide personalized styling advice to help customers choose items that match their style and fit.


• Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-ups.

• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.


• Maintain detailed knowledge of product offerings, including new arrivals and promotions.


• Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing by maintaining display standards.


• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends to offer knowledgeable advice to customers.


• Maintain professional appearance in line with our dress code.


• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
