Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning:




  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.

  • Identify new market opportunities and design plans to penetrate them.



Team Leadership:




  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Provide training and performance feedback to ensure team members’ growth.



Client Relationship Management:




  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

  • Act as a point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.



Market Analysis & Reporting:




  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management.



Revenue Generation:




  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with corporate and individual clients.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3years in a managerial role.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with the Nigerian market and a strong network of contacts.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
