Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and design plans to penetrate them.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide training and performance feedback to ensure team members’ growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Act as a point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
Revenue Generation:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with corporate and individual clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the Nigerian market and a strong network of contacts.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
