Responsibilities

Driving Growth through Focusing on the Customer




  • Maintain deep understanding of customer business needs, KPIs, and strategic priorities.

  • Guide peers in aligning TeKnowledge solutions with customer goals and translating features into tangible business outcomes.

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives that create business value and drive impact.

  • Enable and coach cross-functional teams to co-develop strategic account plans.

  • Align partner and internal resources to customer and industry-specific needs.

  • Identify opportunities for new revenue, adoption, and customer relationship growth across the portfolio.



Sales & Business Excellence




  • Oversee revenue forecasting and progress tracking within the assigned portfolio and market segments.

  • Set strategic goals and priorities, manage pipeline health, and drive alignment with business objectives.

  • Guide planning and prioritization across multiple complex accounts.

  • Lead execution of corrective actions in response to escalations or blockers, and drive root-cause resolution.

  • Engage in contract negotiation, risk management, and revenue protection strategies.

  • Foster a high-performing virtual team, ensuring consistent delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.



Strategic Relationship Management




  • Expand and manage a strong network of key decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Partner with internal teams and customers to develop long-term digital strategies.

  • Drive strategic marketing and go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with business and technical leads.

  • Identify and onboard new partners/vendors to accelerate growth in emerging markets.



Qualifications




  • 10+ years of experience in B2B technology/services sales and strategic account management.

  • Proven knowledge in Cybersecurity, AI/Automation, Customer Experience (CX), professional services, or digital skilling/change management programs.

  • Fluency in English and one or more regional languages.

  • Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Willingness and ability to travel within the Africa region.

  • Experience working with enterprise and government clients is a strong advantage.
