Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead client acquisition, drive revenue growth, build brand visibility, and deliver exceptional customer success outcomes.

  • The ideal candidate is a proactive strategist and results-oriented performer with a passion for converting leads into loyal customers and creating lasting business value.



Key Responsibilities




  • Drive B2B/B2C sales and meet/exceed revenue targets.

  • Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns (online & offline).

  • Identify new market opportunities and grow customer base.

  • Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Create persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and reports.

  • Track KPIs and report on campaign and sales performance.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.

  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Proven track record in sales, marketing, or customer success roles.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently, think creatively, and deliver results.
