We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Youth Corp Member with strong editing and content creation skills to support the CEO of Lifecard.
This role involves shadowing the CEO, capturing day-to-day activities, creating and editing content, and sharing real-time updates across social media platforms.
KeyResponsibilities
Content Creation and Editing: Capture the CEO’s activities, meetings, and events through photos, videos, and notes. Edit and format content for publication, ensuring high-quality visuals and engaging storytelling.
Social Media Management: Post updates, stories, and insights from the CEO’s daily engagements to social media channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice and style.
Follow-Up and Coordination: Accompany the CEO to meetings and events, manage follow-up actions, and ensure timely communication.
Documentation: Keep organized records of the CEO’s engagements, interactions, and important conversations for reference and reporting.
Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador for Lifecard, ensuring that all content aligns with the company's mission and values.
Scheduling Support: Assist with managing the CEO's calendar, setting reminders, and arranging appointments as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Media, English, or a related field.
Proficiency in content creation tools and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
