Our client, a distinguished 4-star hotel in Abuja, seeks to appoint an experienced Hotel Operations Manager.



*Core Responsibilities:*




  • Oversee daily hotel operations, maximizing financial performance and guest satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.s) across all departments through regular operational checks.

  • Utilize interpersonal skills to lead staff and make informed financial decisions to achieve profit and revenue objectives.

  • Monitor monthly financial forecasts for rooms, food, and beverage services.

  • Coordinate all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly.

  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager



*Food and Beverage Management:*




  • Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing operations and service planning.

  • Conduct inspections of food and beverage stock to maintain quality.



*Front Office Operations:*




  • Create staff rosters and ensure follow-up on guest inquiries.

  • Foster a positive work environment and monitor service quality.

  • Personally attend to VIP guests, ensuring personalized service.



*Housekeeping Oversight:*




  • Supervise housekeeping to ensure compliance with service standards.

  • Inspect rooms and collaborate with the housekeeping manager for readiness before check-in.
