Job Summary:

Recruitment and Talent Management:
- Oversee recruitment processes.
- Develop and implement talent development programs.
Employee Relations:
- Foster positive employee relations.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Administer benefits and compensation programs.
- Conduct market analyses.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Maintain HR records.
Training and Development:
- Develop and implement training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness.
Communication:
- Communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Develop HR-related documentation.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years of HR management experience.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Desirable Qualifications:
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM is an added advantage).
- Experience with recruitment software.
- Familiarity with performance management systems.
