Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a motivated Sales and Customer Relations Executive to join our team and help expand our customer base.


• As a Sales and Customer Relations Executive at TMI, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new customers for our logistics services, both locally and internationally.


• Visit offices to promote our services and generate leads.


• Make cold calls to identify potential business opportunities.


• Handle customer inquiries and communication professionally.


• Manage our social media platforms to engage with customers and promote services.


• Perform administrative tasks and maintain customer records using Excel.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to lift packages up to 20kg.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.


• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.


• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
