Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of farm products, including eggs, frozen chicken, tomatoes, habaneros, and bell peppers.


• Develop and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels align with production and sales requirements.


• Conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies and ensure data integrity.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure proper handling and storage of perishable and frozen items to maintain quality and safety standards.


• Implement and monitor compliance with food safety regulations.


• Regularly inspect storage facilities and recommend improvements to maintain optimal conditions.

Process Optimization:

• Design and implement efficient workflows to enhance storage, reduce waste, and improve turnaround times.


• Identify and address bottlenecks in storage and distribution operations.

Logistics Coordination:

• Collaborate with the production and sales teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods to meet customers.


• Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners to optimize delivery schedules and costs.

Budget and Reporting:

• Monitor and manage the store’s budget, optimizing resources to reduce costs while maintaining high standards.


• Prepare and present daily reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and storage conditions to the farm's leadership team.
