• The System Support Engineer is responsible for tasks involving the installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software systems utilized by customers.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Computer Science or related field


• 2 - 3 Years work experience in the same capacity


• Thorough understanding of software products and services for clients.


• Proficiency in database management, including the utilization of Structural Query Language scripts for CRUD operations and more.


• Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Word for documentation and reporting, Excel for data analysis, and PowerPoint for presentations.


• Capability to analyse business logic effectively.


• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships.


• Aptitude for quickly acquiring knowledge about new tools and concepts.


• Proficiency in marketing and idea development.
