RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote property sales, rentals, and corporate brand identity.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

  • Align marketing strategies with overall business objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Strengthen the company’s brand presence across all platforms and ensure consistency in messaging and visuals.

  • Create innovative campaigns to position the company as a market leader in the real estate industry.

  • Oversee the development and management of online marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.

  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to improve campaign outcomes.

  • Optimize the company’s website for lead generation and enhance the user experience.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.

  • Develop effective marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements, to support property sales.

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

  • Delegate responsibilities and oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

  • Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members.

  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.

  • Allocate resources effectively for campaigns, events, and marketing tools.

  • Build strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and media outlets.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, legal, and property development, to ensure seamless marketing efforts.

  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and generate detailed reports for senior management.

  • Use data insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.



Requirements:




  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • A master’s degree is an advantage.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in real estate.

  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and brand growth.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

  • Experience in managing budgets and delivering ROI on marketing spend.

  • Creativity, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
