Job Description:

The Art Hotel seeks professional and discreet Internal Security Personnel to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Security Officer (CSO), you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in a hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide security coverage throughout the hotel, including monitoring sensitive areas and responding to incidents promptly.


• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, blending seamlessly with the hotel environment.


• Conduct regular checks and patrols to prevent unauthorized access and ensure guest and staff safety.


• Assist in conflict resolution or emergencies while maintaining discretion and professionalism.


• Support the CSO in enforcing safety protocols and standards within the hotel premises.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a security professional, ideally within the hospitality industry.


• Good physical fitness and a presentable appearance; suits or professional attire.


• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
