Job Summary
As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee daily activities on the floor, ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining operational excellence, and addressing guest needs with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide floor staff to ensure efficient and exceptional service.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the floor area.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly.
- Monitor compliance with hotel policies, standards, and safety regulations.
- Assist in onboarding and training team members to meet performance expectations.
- Work closely with the F&B Manager to ensure smooth coordination.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and provide feedback to management as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry (at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Knowledge of F&B service standards is an advantage.
