Role Overview:



We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the education industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing parents relationships, and coordinating sales activities with a focus on admissions of students into the school.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets .

  • Identify and onboard new students, as well as maintain relationships with existing parents.

  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and trends in the education space.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

  • Resolve parents complaints and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with principal, teaching and non teaching staff  to address client requirements effectively.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the school's brand and programs.

  • Manage online presence (website, social media, etc.).

  • Create engaging content (brochures, videos, etc.).

  • Advertise in print, digital, and outdoor media.



Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Education.

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing admissions, or education.

  • Proven track record of meeting enrollment targets.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals..

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

  • Strong digital marketing, internet savvy skills

  • Proficient  in the use of MS-OFFICE & CRM suites
