Job Summary
- We seek a highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented female Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and manage daily tasks for a busy company executive.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transportation).
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, documents, and reports.
- Maintain organized files, records, and databases.
- Handle email and phone communications.
Meal Arrangement:
- Plan and coordinate meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for the individual.
- Grocery shopping and meal preparation (if required).
- Arrange catering or restaurant reservations (as needed).
- Manage meal budgets and expenses.
Personal Support:
- Run errands (dry cleaning, shopping, etc.).
- Assist with household tasks (laundry, organization).
- Providesupport (as needed).
Other Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
- Perform tasks with minimal supervision.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships.
Requirements
- Female, 21-24 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Basic cooking skills (desirable).
- Reliable transportation (if required).
- Must be based around Surulere, Lagos (for ease of transportation).
