Job Summary




  • We seek a highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented female Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and manage daily tasks for a busy company executive.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.



Key Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks:




  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transportation).

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, documents, and reports.

  • Maintain organized files, records, and databases.

  • Handle email and phone communications.



Meal Arrangement:




  • Plan and coordinate meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for the individual.

  • Grocery shopping and meal preparation (if required).

  • Arrange catering or restaurant reservations (as needed).

  • Manage meal budgets and expenses.



Personal Support:




  • Run errands (dry cleaning, shopping, etc.).

  • Assist with household tasks (laundry, organization).

  • Providesupport (as needed).



Other Responsibilities:




  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.

  • Perform tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships.



Requirements




  • Female, 21-24 years old. 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

  • Basic cooking skills (desirable).

  • Reliable transportation (if required).

  • Must be based around Surulere, Lagos (for ease of transportation).
