Responsibilities

• Prompt and timely dispatch of orders to customers


• Proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.


• Ensuring all deliveries are made within specified time limits whilst abiding to road traffic and speed regulations.


• Communicating with customers effectively to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license


• Possession of a working mobile phone.


• Ability to work shifts, including weekends.


• At least one(1) year of experience working in food retail or service industry.

Skill:

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


• Numerical and literacy skills.


• Attention to detail.


• In-depth understanding of customer service


• Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and regulations.
