Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account officers to convert identified prospects and clusters


• Identify and establish new HNI/UHNI relationships within the value chain marketing strategy


• Review and guide team members' call plans to ensure targets are met


• Conduct regular visits and calls to key decision-makers in existing customer networks to strengthen relationships


• Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure goals are achieved


• Proactively identify customer needs and offer suitable products and services

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Business Administration, Finance or a related field


• 7 years’ experience in business origination in Commercial Banks or Asset Management Companies


• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
