We are seeking an experienced Commercial Executive to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and manage client relationships in our HR Outsourcing and Logistics Services division.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HR outsourcing and logistics services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
Manage client onboarding, retention, and satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in HR outsourcing, logistics, or related industries
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong network and connections in the industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
