Job Summary

• The Office Driver will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of staff, materials, and documents, ensuring timely delivery and support for office and project site activities.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation Duties (30%):

• Safely transport employees, guests, and materials to and from designated locations.


• Ensure timely delivery of office documents and project materials as needed.


• Drive company vehicles to project sites, meetings, and other operational activities.

Vehicle Maintenance (30%):

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is in excellent working condition.


• Schedule regular vehicle servicing and report any mechanical issues promptly.


• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned vehicle.

Safety and Compliance (20%):

• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.


• Ensure all required documentation (license, insurance, vehicle papers) is valid and up to date.


• Implement safety measures to protect passengers and goods during transit.

Administrative Support (20%):

• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.


• Assist with minor office tasks as directed by the Operations Manager or administrative team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate).


• Valid Nigerian driver’s license.


• Must be ready to undergo rigorousnecessary security check,reference check, and background check.


• At least 5 years of professional driving experience in a corporate or similar environment.


• Strong knowledge of Abuja Road networks and traffic regulations.


• Good knowledge of GPS map to identify locations.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.


• Punctuality, trustworthy, reliability, decentand a proactive attitude.
