Key Responsibilities

• Research and curate customized travel experiences based on client preferences, interests, and budgets.


• Manage Visa Application processes for Work, Study and Tourism ensuring timely submission and compliance.


• Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.


• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local partners to secure the best deals and services.


• Stay updated on travel trends, destination highlights, and industry developments to provide clients with the latest information.


• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during the travel planning process.


• Create engaging content for marketing materials, social media, and newsletters to promote travel offerings.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and special offers


• Ensure seamless booking and logistics management for all curated trips.


• Collect and analyze client feedback to improve services and enhance the overall travel experience.

Requirement
