Role Overview




  • As an OEM Product Sales Personnel, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products within industrial sectors.

  • This role requires a combination of technical understanding and sales acumen to effectively meet client needs and achieve business targets.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for OEM products within the Oil & Gas, Power, and Manufacturing sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their technical and commercial needs.

  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.

  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and client expectations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient order processing and product delivery.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.



Qualifications




  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

  • 2 - 5 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial engineering or OEM product sales.

  • Strong knowledge of industrial engineering products, systems, and solutions.

  • Proficient in understanding and explaining technical product specifications.

  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage and grow customer relationships.

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.



Preferred Skills:




  • Familiarity with the Oil & Gas, Power, or Manufacturing industries in Nigeria.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
