As an OEM Product Sales Personnel, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products within industrial sectors.
This role requires a combination of technical understanding and sales acumen to effectively meet client needs and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for OEM products within the Oil & Gas, Power, and Manufacturing sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their technical and commercial needs.
Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and client expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient order processing and product delivery.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
2 - 5 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial engineering or OEM product sales.
Strong knowledge of industrial engineering products, systems, and solutions.
Proficient in understanding and explaining technical product specifications.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and grow customer relationships.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with the Oil & Gas, Power, or Manufacturing industries in Nigeria.
