Key Responsibilities:

• Sell tickets to passengers and provide information on schedules and routes.


• Maintain accurate records of transactions and daily sales.


• Assist passengers with inquiries and resolve any ticket-related issues.


• Ensure a professional and friendly customer service experience.


• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an SSCE/OND qualification.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Basic numerical and record-keeping abilities.


• Prior experience in ticketing or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.


• Must reside in or around Maza-Maza.
