Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our client’s team at a reputable diagnostic center in Surulere, Lagos State. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and enhancing the center’s market presence within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve set targets.
- Promote the diagnostic center’s services to healthcare providers, corporate organizations, and individual clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other referral partners.
- Conduct regular visits to potential and existing clients to present services and foster partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
- Attend relevant healthcare and industry events to network and generate leads.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management on performance and market insights.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare (diagnostic or related) industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the diagnostic and healthcare market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
