Job Overview



We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our client’s team at a reputable diagnostic center in Surulere, Lagos State. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and enhancing the center’s market presence within the healthcare industry.



Key Responsibilities




  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve set targets.

  2. Promote the diagnostic center’s services to healthcare providers, corporate organizations, and individual clients.

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other referral partners.

  4. Conduct regular visits to potential and existing clients to present services and foster partnerships.

  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that enhance brand visibility.

  7. Attend relevant healthcare and industry events to network and generate leads.

  8. Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management on performance and market insights.



Qualifications and Requirements




  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare (diagnostic or related) industry.

  2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  3. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  4. Strong understanding of the diagnostic and healthcare market.

  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
