Job Summary



Our client, a leading diagnostic center in Lagos, is seeking a dynamic and creative Brand and Communications Associate to manage and enhance their brand presence while driving effective communication strategies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in brand management, content creation, and strategic communications, coupled with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.



Key Responsibilities




  1. Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the brand presence and reputation in the healthcare industry.

  2. Create compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.

  3. Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual and written marketing materials.

  4. Manage and grow the organization's social media platforms by curating engaging and relevant content.

  5. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  6. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry partners.

  7. Draft press releases, speeches, and other public communications for the organization.

  8. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

  9. Provide insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

  10. Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging.

  11. Support initiatives aimed at enhancing patient and community engagement.

  12. Plan and execute brand and marketing events, such as health fairs, webinars, and corporate events.



Qualifications and Requirements




  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostic center industry.

  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  4. Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.

  5. Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.

  6. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

  7. Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations is an advantage.
