Salary: 200,000 (Performance Based)



Key Responsibilities:




  1. Identify and generate leads for potential property sales through networking, marketing campaigns, and referrals.

  2. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.

  3. Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about properties.

  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  5. Understand client needs and recommend properties that align with their requirements.

  6. Provide clients with clear and accurate market insights.

  7. Represent the company at trade fairs, property expos, and networking events.

  8. Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties.

  9. Draft and review contracts and agreements in collaboration with the legal team.

  10. Follow up on payment processes and documentation to ensure seamless transactions.

  11. Monitor real estate market trends, pricing, and competition to identify opportunities.

  12. Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and achievements to the sales manager.



Requirements:




  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.

  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

  4. Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in Nigeria is a plus.

  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
