Job Description
Salary: 200,000 (Performance Based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for potential property sales through networking, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Understand client needs and recommend properties that align with their requirements.
- Provide clients with clear and accurate market insights.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, property expos, and networking events.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties.
- Draft and review contracts and agreements in collaboration with the legal team.
- Follow up on payment processes and documentation to ensure seamless transactions.
- Monitor real estate market trends, pricing, and competition to identify opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and achievements to the sales manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in Nigeria is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
