Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth functionality and a seamless customer experience.
Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, drive traffic, and boost conversion rates.
Implement tools and techniques to optimize the e-commerce funnel for revenue growth.
Monitor and analyze website performance, sales data, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Digital marketing team campaigns and optimize paid ads for maximum ROI.
Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and stock updates to ensure accuracy.
Lead efforts in improving the website’s SEO to boost organic traffic.
Build and execute strategies for customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
Research market trends and competitors to inform decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing an e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
Strong knowledge of SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Proficiency in website management, including on-page/off-page optimization and CMS platforms.
Ability to redesign (Elementor) and implement new website features to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Experience with digital marketing strategies, such as targeted ads and retargeting campaigns.
Creative content writing skills for product descriptions and blog posts.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
