Key responsibilities 



Develop and Implement Training Programs:




  • Design and deliver training sessions focused on enhancing sales and marketing skills, real estate product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.



Identify and Address Skill Gaps:




  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans for employees to improve performance.



Support Leadership Development:




  • Identify high-potential employees and implement leadership training programs to prepare them for future management roles.



Enhance Employee Performance:




  • Develop performance management systems, set KPIs, and provide coaching and feedback to optimize team output and individual success.



Boost Employee Engagement and Retention:




  • Create initiatives to maintain high morale and reduce turnover, including motivational programs, incentives, and career growth opportunities.



Align Development with Organizational Goals:




  • Ensure all talent development initiatives support company objectives, such as achieving sales targets, enhancing market presence, and driving overall revenue growth.



Required Skills and Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in training, talent development, or HR within a sales-driven environment (real estate experience preferred).

  • Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and marketing strategies.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.

  • Proficiency in developing and managing budgets for talent development programs.
