PURPOSE OF THE JOB




  • Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expanding company's market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing client relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to market research, sales strategy development, and the execution of innovative solutions that align with company’s goals. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and to leverage insights for enhanced business outcomes 



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Market Innovator: conduct thorough market research to uncover trends and customer needs, keeping us ahead of the competition.

  • Sales Visionary: develop and implement innovative sales strategies to penetrate new markets, drive revenue growth, and position Ezyride as an industry leader.

  • Client Relationship Management: build and nurture strong, lasting partnerships with clients by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Partnership Pioneer: identify and negotiate strategic alliances that broaden our market reach and enhance our service offerings.

  • Proposal Champion: craft and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with potential clients and stakeholders.

  • Performance Analyst: monitor, analyze, and report the effectiveness of business initiatives, adjusting strategies for optimal outcomes.

  • Collaborative Leader: work hand-in-hand with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.

  • Networking Enthusiast: attend industry events and conferences, expanding our network while promoting the company’s innovative offerings.



TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:




  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the logistics or transportation sector.

  •  A deep understanding of market dynamics and customer segmentation that fuels your decision-making.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and all things Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to manage relationships and data effectively.
