PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
- Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expanding company's market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing client relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to market research, sales strategy development, and the execution of innovative solutions that align with company’s goals. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and to leverage insights for enhanced business outcomes

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the logistics or transportation sector.
- A deep understanding of market dynamics and customer segmentation that fuels your decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and all things Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to manage relationships and data effectively.
