Job Summary:




  • Responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations and efficient order fulfillment processes, including managing office support, warehouse operations, and customer service.



RESPONSIBILITIES



Administrative Support




  • Organize and schedule appointments, such as team meetings, e.t.c

  • Plan and document meeting minutes and follow-ups.

  • Write and distribute official correspondence, including memos, letters, and reports.

  • Develop and maintain office management policies, procedures, and documentation.

  • Order and manage office supplies

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients, providing general support.

  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.

  • Liaise with the Managing Director, HR Team, and departmental managers to handle queries.



Order Fulfillment and Warehouse Operations




  • Process sales orders from entry to invoicing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve order fulfillment issues.

  • Prepare delivery documentation, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely shipments.

  • Maintain stock control and requisite records for all products.

  • Organize and optimize warehouse space in line with company standards, including 5S safety protocols.

  • Archive orders, documentation, and communications accurately.

  • Handle return orders and escalate unresolved issues to the Line Manager.

  • Prepare and update monthly reports, contributing to data accuracy.

  • Direct daily warehouse activities, including receiving, offloading, sanitation, and inventory control.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement in warehousing and fulfillment processes.

  • Participate in projects or workgroups as assigned.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS




  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or OND in any discipline.



SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED




  • 0-1 year of experience in administrative or warehouse roles. - NYSC preferably.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel)

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.

  • High level of attention to detail with accurate data entry.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a structured approach.

  • Team player with a service-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
