- Implement strategies that promote employee engagement, collaboration, and internal brand alignment.
- Develop digital strategies to grow brand presence, drive social media engagement, and manage influencer relationships.
- Ensure high-quality, compliant content across social platforms, monitor metrics, and provide monthly performance reports.
- Plan and execute corporate events to boost customer engagement, manage logistics, and secure sponsorships.
- Foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to align communication strategies with company goals.
Qualifications & Ideal Attributes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, corporate communications, and digital marketing.
- Strong project management, communication, and media relations skills.
- A strategic, adaptable professional with expertise in branding, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
