Role Summary:




  • Sales Agents and Brand Activators are responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining excellent customer relationships within their regions. BAs will operate on a contract basis to supplement the sales team during peak periods or specific campaigns.



Responsibilities:




  • Generate and convert leads into paying customers, focusing on both B2C and B2B opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless sales experience.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and communicate the benefits of our services.

  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all required documentation.

  • Report sales activities and outcomes to the Sales Manager, including new leads, closed deals, and challenges.



KPIs:




  • Number of new customers onboarded and deals closed.

  • Achievement of individual sales targets.

  • Customer retention and satisfaction, with regular follow-up and engagement.

  • Lead conversion rate (from inquiry to deal closure).



Requirements




  • B.SC.HND in any field

  • The right candidate must have 3-5years experience
