The Sales Manager will oversee the regional sales team, including full-time Sales Agents and contract-based Brand Activators (BAs). This role is key to driving revenue, growth and maintaining strong client relationships in the region.
Responsibilities:
Lead the regional sales team, including Sales Agents and contract-based Brand Activators (BAs), ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the region, identifying new market opportunities.
Provide coaching, training, and support to the sales team to improve lead generation, relationship management, and deal closure.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to the Regional Manager and National HQ.
KPIs:
Achievement of regional sales targets and quotas.
Execution and effectiveness of marketing campaigns in boosting sales.
Number of contracts closed, leads converted, and enterprise accounts retained.
Customer feedback and referrals leading to additional business.
