  • This is a full-time role for a Head, Technical & Support Services at Goldline Nigeria Limited.

  • As the Head, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent technical support and project management services.

  • Your day-to-day tasks will include managing customer support inquiries, designing customers' specifications, overseeing technical support operations, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

  • This is an on-site role based in Lagos.



Responsibilities




  • Shall have competence at generating AutoCAD drawings and 3D graphics to specifications on planned installations and analyses and interpretation of technical drawings.

  • Develops and articulates work plans for site deliverables. This includes tactical engagement, training and management of technicians to conform performance efficiency to corporate quality standards.

  • Establishment of clearly defined quality standards for technical services and installations.

  • Determines, coordinates and effectively deploys required resources to site works. Emphasis must be on timely, quality and very satisfactory completion of site duties.

  • Takes on and raptly responds to all customers’ matters relating to technical installations, engineering and after sales technical services.

  • Continuously studies and discovers more efficient ways to aesthetically and seamlessly render technical installations and building engineering services for delightful and speedy satisfaction of customers.

  • Be knowledgeable on every applicable international and local best practice; consistently push for corporate adoptions of standards and intelligently implement them accordingly.

  • Produces weekly management reports for all technical and support service tasks to the group head operations.

  • Personally handles site deliverables – installations, technical supports and engineering services.

  • Represents the technical & support services at any meetings.

  • Supervises and issues job descriptions to subordinates whose jobs are not explicitly described in the personnel policy; delegates duties accordingly and submits the supplementary job descriptions to the head of human resources for retention while retaining final responsibility for the quality of job done.

  • Appraises, queries, and makes recommendations about subordinates to the head of department.

  • Carryout any other job that the head of department may assign.



Requirements




  • Customer Support, Technical Support, and Customer Service skills

  • Experience in managing customer support inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Project Management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

  • Shall be a B.sc holder in architectural, civil engineering, electrical engineering or any other related engineering courses. Professional qualifications in related field is a strong advantage.

  • Shall possess a minimum of 5 years post-graduate hands-on experience.

  • Shall demonstrate very good competence in AutoCAD applications, 3D drawings, technical drawings, analyses and interpretations; as well as other computer literacy capabilities.

  • Shall possess the abilities to personally carryout technical installations, engineering fittings and decorations.

  • Shall possess astute, aesthetical and very insightful creativity.

  • Shall possess an excellent mathematical, logical and engineering mind.

  • Shall possess excellent communication skills.

  • Shall possess the abilities to initiate, start and finish tasks.

  • Shall be a quick executor and excellent at time management.

  • Shall possess very admirable interpersonal and social skills.

  • Shall have impeccable character, punctuality, integrity, contentment, objectivity and impartial.

  • Shall be teachable and ever willing to lend personal knowledge to others.

  • Shall possess report and memo writing skills.
