Job Summary

• The primary responsibility of this position entails prompt delivery of goods and strict adherence to all applicable transportation laws and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick-up and drop-off of customers' orders.


• Accurate and timely communication with client and customer support on order details.


• Verify and confirm all products are complete and accurate before dispatching.


• Routinely conduct maintenance and repair of the motorcycle.


• Ensure all transportation documents are complete and complied with.


• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.


• Maintain accurate documentation of motorcycle mileage, repairs, and other relevant information.


• Interact with clients courteously and professionally at all times.


• Escalate customer's complaints/issues to the assigned manager promptly.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.


• Provable experience as a dispatch rider with a clean record.


• Valid driver's license or rider's card.


• Strong knowledge of Lekki-Ajah's route and laws.


• Excellent communication skill


• Good team player.
