Job Summary

• The Beauty Attendant will assist customers in selecting beauty products and services tailored to their needs while delivering exceptional customer service.


• The role requires a keen understanding of beauty products, trends, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized consultations based on their beauty preferences.


• Assist customers in selecting the right skincare, and other beauty products.


• Demonstrate product usage and application techniques.

Sales and Promotions:

• Actively promote new arrivals, special offers, and beauty events.


• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products and services.


• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends, and skincare innovations.


• Provide detailed product information, including ingredients, usage, and benefits.


• Address customer queries about specific products and their suitability.

Merchandising and Inventory:

• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.


• Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and restocking.


• Report low-stock or out-of-stock items promptly to the manager.

Hygiene and Safety:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and testing areas.


• Adhere to hygiene protocols, including sterilizing beauty tools and maintaining product testers.


• Ensure compliance with store safety standards.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.


• Participate in team training sessions and share feedback

Key Requirements

Education:

• Certification in cosmetology or a related field is a plus.

Experience:

• Prior experience in a retail or beauty-related role is preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Strong sales and customer service abilities.


• Attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Basic knowledge of beauty products and skincare.
