Intermediate experience in Marketing / Brand Management, capable of leading brand strategies development and execution for our consumer goods products. The job entails day to day product management, brand planning, brand activations, market / marketing research, consumer insights, innovation management, and trade engagement.
This role requires a strong understanding of marketing processes, consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product portfolio, including product development, positioning, and lifecycle management.
Develop comprehensive annual brand plan and execute marketing activities in line with agreed 3–5-year strategies & business objectives.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across communication channels (digital, social, print, etc..).
Plan and implement tactical BTL engagement through sales team / ad-hoc team for activations, particularly on trade support schemes & trade visibility via POS development / deployment.
Manage agency briefings and relationships across ATL / BTL, research among other partners.
Identify emerging trends and opportunities and analyse consumer data to inform brand decisions.
Manage P2M (Product-to-Market) a project management process with crossfunctional team to deliver right / competitive portfolio with profitability.
Identify innovation opportunities through consumer insights and market research.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Sales etc..) on innovation management & product development function.
Manage other departmental projects and support corporate branding projects as assigned.
Collaborate with Finance business partner on A&P Budget management, tracking and reconciliation.
Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI, ensuring activities deliver marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing.
Proven track record of success in driving brand growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience in consumer goods industry.
MBA or advanced degree.
Certification in marketing or related field
Experience with market research tools (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar).
