Key Responsibilities

- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Address employee grievances and promote a harmonious workplace environment.
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance staff performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and solutions.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to in the workplace.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the agriculture or SME sectors.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Nigeria.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
