Job Duties

Maintain comprehensive compliance documentation and reporting systems. Regulatory correspondence on Switching related request. 

• Internal and external (regulators/vendor) audit liaison during reviews and examinations. 


• Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance programs specific to switching operations. 


• Conduct regular reviews to identify and address potential compliance risks and spearhead the remediation process. 


• Render statutory returns specific to switching operations. 


• Transaction Monitoring and reporting. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance policies and procedures. 


• Stay up-to-date on all relevant switching industry regulations and standards set forth by the regulators. 


• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance across the organization. 


• Advise management on compliance matters and escalate any critical issues.
