Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements 


• Ensure timely and accurate report of financial data to management 


• Asist in the preparation of budget and forecast 


• Reconcile account and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner 


• Provide insight in cost saving opportunities and efficiency improvement 


• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal tax laws 


• Prepare and file tax return including sales and income tax


• Implement recommendations from audit finding to improve financial processes 


• Provide financial insights and recommendation to management 


• Collaborate with other department to streamline financial process and enhance operational efficiency 

Requirements

• A minimum of BSc/BA degree in Accounting, Finance of related field.


• Minimum of Eight (8) years of experience


• Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks


• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables


• Experience with general ledger functions


• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
