Role Overview




  • As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development, execution, and performance of the brand to ensure sustained growth, equity, and market leadership.

  • You will oversee brand positioning, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a seamless brand experience across all channels and touchpoints.



Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Development:




  • Lead the development and execution of the brand strategy to achieve business goals.

  • Define and refine brand identity, positioning, and messaging to align with target audiences and market trends.

  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels, including retail, e-commerce, and wholesale.



Campaign Management:




  • Plan and manage 360-degree marketing campaigns, including seasonal launches and promotional events.

  • Collaborate with creative and digital teams to create compelling storytelling and assets.

  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for future initiatives.



Consumer Insights & Market Analysis:




  • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to inform brand strategies and identify growth opportunities.

  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging consumer behaviors.



Cross-functional Collaboration:




  • Work closely with design, product development, and sales teams to align brand strategy with product offerings.

  • Partner with PR and influencer marketing teams to maximize exposure and engagement.



Budget Management:




  • Manage and allocate the brand budget efficiently, ensuring a strong return on investment.

  • Oversee agency relationships and contracts to ensure quality delivery.



Leadership & Team Development:




  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.

  • Lead cross-functional meetings and presentations to communicate brand performance and strategies.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 10+ years of experience in brand management, ideally within the fashion, lifestyle, FMCG or luxury industry.

  • Strong understanding of the fashion market, trends, and customer psychology.

  • Proven success in developing and executing innovative brand strategies and campaigns.

  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in analytics and tools for measuring brand and campaign performance.

  • Passion for fashion, creativity, and an eye for detail.
