  • As we expand our presence in Africa, we are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead our regional marketing strategy, elevate brand awareness, and drive customer engagement across the continent.

  • As the Head of Marketing, Africa, you will be responsible for developing and executing a dynamic marketing strategy that strengthens the brand’s positioning in key African markets.

  • You will lead initiatives that resonate with our target consumers, leveraging your deep understanding of the regional landscape to deliver impactful campaigns and foster meaningful customer connections.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the African market, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives.

  • Uphold and communicate the brand’s luxury positioning through compelling storytelling and innovative marketing campaigns.

  • Adapt global campaigns to local markets, ensuring cultural relevance while maintaining brand consistency.

  • Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies.

  • Oversee the region’s digital and social media presence, driving engagement and brand loyalty through tailored content.

  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

  • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources

  • Monitor campaign performance, leveraging data to refine strategies and maximise ROI.

  • Plan and execute high-profile events, including product launches, and exclusive VIP experiences.

  • Establish and nurture partnerships with influencers, media, and strategic partners to amplify the brand’s reach.



Key Requirements




  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role preferably in lifestyle sector (other sectors may be considered based on experience)

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in African markets.

  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and analytics

  • Exceptional skills in fostering relationships with influencers, media, and stakeholders.

  • Deep knowledge of Africa’s diverse cultures and ability to tailor campaigns accordingly.

  • Proven ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.

  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
