Responsibilities

• To drive sales revenue through an effective marketing strategy.


• Build a strong network to ensure the traffic flow of customers to the supermarket.


• Ensure the supermarket meets maximum standard requirements for the display of items to encourage customer purchases.


• Ensure adherence to standard hygiene and safety guidelines in the various sections of the supermarket.


• Drive all employees to provide exceptional customer service aimed at sustaining the business.


• Ensure daily reconciliation of all sales lodgments i.e. cash and electronics payments to ensure the correctness of all transactions.


• Maintain inventories and ensure constant availability of stocks to avoid stock out etc.

Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc. in Social Science or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar capacity.


• Business acumen and ability to forecast sales trends.


• Attention to detail and pleasant personality.


• Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.


• Ability to plan and excite strategic sales processes.


• Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
