  • The Brand & Marketing Manager will oversee the company’s marketing strategies, build brand equity, and drive campaigns that enhance visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty.

  • This role involves leading a team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and achieving marketing objectives.



Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement the company’s brand strategy to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms.

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

  • Manage the company’s social media presence, website content, and online reputation.

  • Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI.

  • Develop high-quality content for marketing materials, including ads, brochures, presentations, and digital media.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other external partners.

  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve future efforts.

  • Oversee the creation of compelling visuals and messaging that resonate with target audiences.

  • Ensure that the brand tone, style, and guidelines are consistently applied.



Requirements




  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with proven experience in brand building and marketing strategy.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and analytics.

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite) and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives.

  • Leadership skills with experience managing teams and external agencies.

  • Knowledge of current trends and technologies in marketing and branding.
