Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration. An advanced degree is a plus
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, drilling and production services sector, including market dynamics and client needs
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical sales or business development within the drilling and production services sector, with a proven record of driving revenue growth
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical and commercial information clearly and persuasively
- Strong technical acumen coupled with exceptional commercial skills, and proficiency in building and managing business development pipelines
- Highly organized, adept at managing multiple priorities and projects, with strong documentation and reporting capabilities to track sales activities and progress
