Job Summary
- We are seeking skilled Civil Engineers with a construction background to spearhead and support critical projects within our Motorized Transport Division.
- The ideal candidates will have expertise in project management, design, and vendor coordination, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of construction initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement corrective measures to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to achieve project milestones.
Design & Engineering:
- Create and review detailed 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Evaluate design specifications and ensure alignment with structural and safety standards.
- Provide innovative solutions to design and construction challenges.
Vendor Management:
- Identify, assess, and negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
- Oversee vendor performance to ensure compliance with agreed terms and timelines.
- Manage procurement of materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and project specifications.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols across sites.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
- Provide regular updates to management on project progress, budgets, and risks.

- Project delivery within specified timelines and budgets.
- Compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Stakeholder satisfaction and feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience:
- Senior Role: 7–15 years of experience in civil engineering and construction management.
- Mid-Level/Junior Role: 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Additional Skills: Proven ability to manage vendors and negotiate contracts effectively.
