  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.

  • Oversee recruitment processes, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.

  • Design and deliver training programs to support employee development and retention.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and guide managers on performance improvement plans.

  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.

  • Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Oversee disciplinary processes and terminations when necessary.

  • Manage payroll and ensure accurate record-keeping.

  • Organize employee engagement activities to enhance morale and productivity.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage recruitment and employee relations processes effectively.

  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

  • Experience in HR software and tools is a plus.

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is an added advantage.
