  •  We are looking for an intermediate-level Procurement Specialist to join our team, where you’ll play a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to support our operations.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Sourcing and Procurement: Manage the end-to-end procurement process for medical equipment and consumables, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

  • RFQs and Tenders: Handle Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and tenders from initiation to completion, including preparation, submission, and follow-up to secure competitive bids.

  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and assess vendor performance to ensure alignment with company standards.

  • Inventory Oversight: Collaborate with inventory teams to track and maintain optimal stock levels, addressing any supply chain disruptions or risks.

  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to industry standards and regulations, and maintain comprehensive records for audit and reporting purposes.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, sales, and project teams to support procurement needs and align with company objectives.



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, specifically in medical equipment and consumables.

  • Strong knowledge of handling RFQs, tenders, and the bidding process in the healthcare sector.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry standards for medical products is a plus.
