• Minimum Qualification Degree or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering or Physics.


• MUST HAVE 5 Years INVERTER AND SOLAR SYSTEMS INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE. Must be experienced in Electricity load separations.


• Must be experienced in both single phase and 3 phase inverter systems.

Job Summary:

• Due to massive expansion in Nigeria, PSC INDUSTRIES LIMITED, a Solar Electricity and Renewable Energy Total Solutions Manufacturer located in Nigeria is seeking 2 Highly qualified and Experienced CLIENT SERVICES ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS FOR OUR NEW Kaduna offices. We provide Cost-competitive, Environmental friendly, high quality and innovative Solar/renewable energy products including but not limited to Solar PV Panels, Inverters, Solar Charge Controllers, Solar Streetlights, Lithium and Deep Cycle Batteries.


• We seek the 2 experiencedCLIENT SERVICES ELECTRICAL/SOLAR ENGINEERS for our KADUNA offices.


• Candidates must be proficient in Engineering Client services , PRE and after sales Client support, Electricity Load Audits and inspect Internal Electrical wiring and electricity Load separation.


• Ability to read and comprehend technical specifications as well as technical installation manuals is required.


• The successful candidates will Install Solar/ Inverter and streetlight systems with a team of project engineers.


• Travel about 25% to project sites all around Nigeria and West Africa.


• Candidates must have Minimum 5 years Solar system and Inverter Installation/ CLIENT SERVICES experience.

Job Description:

• PRE AND AFTER SALES ENGINEERING CLIENT SERVICVES SUPPORT AND MANAGEMENT.


• Conduct Site Inspections and write reports as well as recommendations for inverter, solar systems and Street lights.


• Install Inverter systems, Battery banks, Solar Systems, Streetlights etc


• Video tape and take photos of all installations.


• Expert level knowledge of electricity load separations.


• Commission of completed site installations or re-installation of repaired inverters in presence of customers and Customer service engineers.


• Travel to sites for installations some times up to 7 days at a time.


• Assist in design and configuration of Solar and Inverter power plants for customers


• Prepare Engineering reports and site analysis reports for prospective customers


• Check company e-mail at least twice daily and follow –up accordingly.


• Conduct project site inspections/site call outs and offer expert advice to customers


• Report to Office Client Engineering Services manager all material data and occurrences at each site so to enable accurate documentation.


• All other Electrical installation tasks as assigned by Engineering team lead.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience with installation of Inverter and Solar Systems.


• Proficiency with social media, CAD and Matlab


• Proficiency in designing and configuring solar power and hybrid inverter power plants


• Willingness to travel at least 85% of the time including holidays and weekends.


• Ability to follow simple instructions.
